Collin J. Roth’s interest in personal injury is deeply rooted in passion for helping others particularly during their most vulnerable times after a traumatic injury. Throughout Collin’s academic and professional journey, his passion for helping others has been a guiding force, shaping his approach to legal practice. The focus and passion for helping others is specific to every personal injury case Collin is involved. Collin focuses on not just winning cases but also making a meaningful difference in the lives of clients. Collin has been an invaluable expert in legal research at The Cagle Law Firm during his two years with the firm. His level of research and writing has proved critical in the success of many appeals and preparations that were pivotal in winning cases as part of The Cagle Law Firm team.
Collin was born and raised in Madison, Connecticut. In 2016, he graduated from Daniel Hand High School with honors. Collin then pursued a degree in political science while attending Franklin and Marshall College in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. He enjoyed fraternity membership as well as collegiate athletics. Collin was a member of Franklin & Marshall College Track and Cross-Country team. In addition to collegiate athletics and Greek life, he participated in Colleges Against Cancer non-profit advocacy. After graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, Collin pursued a law degree at Saint Louis University which he completed in 2023.
Collin joined The Cagle Law Firm in 2022 as a law clerk and recently welcomed as an associate attorney. He was admitted to the Missouri Bar in April of 2024.
In his spare time, Collin enjoys spending time with his friends and family, reading, traveling, watching sports, and going on walks in Forest Park. While growing up and living on the East Coast, Collin has chosen to remain in the greater St. Louis area based on his love for the area and the level of opportunities to be directly involved in assisting individuals in their often, most difficult life events of serious injuries.
