City of St. Louis, MO Verdict – $35 Million

A judge found for Plaintiff in the amount of $35 million after Plaintiff was injured as pedestrian hit by a motor vehicle as he attempted to render assistance to another motorist on the side of the roadway. Plaintiff was traveling through Missouri on his way home to Texas while returning from a tour of military service overseas. Plaintiff sustained life-changing spinal cord injuries.
